Heating hot water furnace works as any heating water, and at any time the water is hot water? The pulse ignition needle sends out an ignition pulse. When the water temperature is detected to reach the set temperature, first stop the bottom 1# heating unit, at the same time 2# heating unit start delay. If the temperature does not drop during the delay time, the 2# heating unit will burn gas after a sufficient delay time of 20 seconds. The valve closes, the flame goes out, the heating stops, and the unit is restarted if the temperature drops within the delay time. The unit of heating hot water furnace has the same working procedure as the unit.

The furnace body has a collection pipe, inlet branch pipe, outlet branch pipe, circulating water pump, isolating water valve, collecting pipe, gas branch pipe, isolating gas valve, solenoid valve. Combustion first, its structural characteristics are: stove below the collecting pipe, the collecting pipe on the collecting pipe branch, the stove above the collecting pipe, the water inlet branch pipe and the water outlet branch pipe below the collecting pipe. There is a heating unit in parallel between the roads. The heating unit is composed of water passage, air passage and combustion chamber. The inlet branch is connected with the circulating water pump through the isolation water valve, and the circulating water pump is connected with the water diversion device, and the water diversion device is connected with the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is connected to the water branch by isolating the water valve. The combustion chamber is located below the heat exchanger. The lower part of the combustion chamber is provided with a combustion head, the combustion head is provided with a pulse ignition needle and ignition needle, and the bottom is provided with a solenoid valve.
 
 
Temperature control: detected by the water temperature detection probe, namely the thermistor Pt in the temperature control circuit. The thermistor Pt is connected to the comparator port of 555 integrated circuit, the end is connected to the adjustable potentiometer for temperature setting, and the end is output. When the detected temperature is higher than or equal to the set temperature, the output of the terminal is 0. The signal controls the small relays of the three pumps. One of the signals directly controls the relay through the switching tube, causing the power failure.
The pump stops working, the air valve closes, the flame goes out, and the heating stops. A signal of the hot water heater through the switch tube composed of 20 seconds delay circuit, control relay to make it power off, the pump stops working. A signal passes through a 40-second delay circuit of switching tubes that controls the relay and disables it, stopping the pump.
