Working principle of gas wall hanging furnace
 
The working principle of gas wall hanging furnace is that natural gas is burned in the wall hanging furnace, the hot water in the wall hanging
 
furnace is heated to a certain temperature, and the water in the wall hanging furnace is transported to the heating equipment. At the same time,
 
the wall hanging furnace can also heat domestic hot water when using natural gas combustion. It can be used for heating and bathing.

The system connection and water injection connection are performed in the following steps
1, loosen the pump automatic exhaust valve and the system body heating water distributor or radiator exhaust valve.
2. Open the water refill valve and system water supply valve of gas heating hot water furnace and close the water outlet valve of sanitary hot water.
3. When the pressure of the heating system reaches 0.1MPa (the pressure gauge shows 1.0bar), close the water refill valve of the gas heating hot water furnace.
4, In order to discharge the air in the pump as soon as possible, you can start the circulating water pump repeatedly. There is air in the system , which will cause noise and affect the normal operation of the system. Close the exhaust valve of the water system when it has discharged water.

The first firing and testing of gas heaters must be performed by professionals. Check whether the system is filled with water, the pressure gauge reads 1.0bar.2, check that all valves on the heating system are open. 3. After confirming that the gas used conforms to the gas type of this model, open the gas valve. 4. Check that there is no water or air leakage in the system. 5. Confirm that the gas heater safety valve is not locked. 5. Confirm that the flue and air inlet of the room where the gas heater is installed meet the regulations and smooth the exhaust flue. 6. Ensure that the input power supply of the gas heating hot water furnace is AC220-50Hz. The electrical connection is correct and the ground is reliable. 7. Turn on the power switch: if the gas heating water heater is not used for a long time, check whether the transmission shaft of the circulating water pump is stuck before connecting the power supply. Perform the following steps: (1) Unscrew the water pump cock with a screwdriver. (2) Insert a screwdriver into the cock hole and rotate the rotary shaft of the water pump repeatedly in two directions several times. (3) Then tighten the cock.                                    When the wall mounted furnace starts, after the system pressure is normal, the water pump starts to promote the heating media water flow, turn on the water flow switch or water flow sensor, output water flow signal (switch signal or pulse signal) to the main controller, the main controller receives the water flow signal, start the fan to clean before, and detect whether various safety devices are normal, in the case of normal safety devices, Ignition, and then respectively open the first and second valves, gas into the burner under the action of electric spark ignition gas combustion (in the process of ignition, the fan is generally half speed operation or power by inertia operation, to be burning, according to the amount of gas to determine the fan speed.
