The role of water pressure switch: In order to ensure the normal operation of the heating system, the system is filled with water, and maintain a certain pressure. The water shortage protection can be achieved by detecting the system pressure through the water pressure switch.
The function of circulating water pump is to provide circulating power and realize the water circulation of the system. It is the same as the heart of human to promote blood circulation. It is an important device used to ensure the normal circulation of water in the heating system.
The function of water flow switch: detect the amount of tap water through, under certain conditions, make the boiler switch to domestic hot water mode.
Function of temperature sensor: The temperature sensor of gas wall hanging boiler is divided into heating senses and hot water temperature sensor, it senses the running temperature of hot water and heating, and can obtain very accurate temperature, so that the application of wall hanging boiler is more convenient and accurate.
The role of the air pressure switch: The air pressure switch is mainly responsible for the safety protection in the wall mounted furnace system. It is divided into two chambers by a valve inside, and the two chambers on both sides of the valve are respectively connected with two pressure measuring tubes. By comparing the pressure obtained by the pressure measuring tube, it can detect whether the smoke exhaust system is normal.
Function of expansion tank: It is used to absorb and compensate the expansion and shrinkage of water in the system, also used as system water supply.
The function of the main control circuit board: it is used to control the start, stop and constant temperature of the HVAC equipment.
The role of the fan: The exhaust gas produced during combustion is discharged outdoors, and the fresh air outside is pumped into the combustion chamber, so that the combustion chamber is kept in a state of micro negative pressure and the flue gas is prevented from spreading indoors.
Anti-lock braking After circulating water pump does not run for a long time, it is easy to happen lock braking which shows that the water pump does not run after being energized.
The role of the burner: It can ensure the normal combustion of gas, which from the nozzle high pressure injection into the Venturi tube of the burner, causing the pressure in the tube down. Air (the first air) is inhaled and mixed with gas, Which will rush out gas hole to burn. The air that is still insufficient after the first mixing is partially mixed by the second mixing of air around the fire to form a complete combustion.
