The role of the burner: It can ensure the normal combustion of gas, which from the nozzle high pressure injection into the Venturi tube of the burner, causing the pressure in the tube down. The air that is still insufficient after the first mixing is partially mixed by the second mixing of air around the fire to form a complete combustion.
