Ignition control: The rotation of the water pump is linked with the water flow sensing device, that is, the movement of the water flow signal is transmitted to the controller, the controller completes the ignition, fire detection and opening and closing of the solenoid valve.
Temperature control: detected by the water temperature detection probe, namely the thermistor Pt in the temperature control circuit. The thermistor Pt is connected to the comparator port of 555 integrated circuit, the end is connected to the adjustable potentiometer for temperature setting, and the end is output. When the detected temperature is higher than or equal to the set temperature, the output of the terminal is 0. The signal controls the small relays of the three pumps. One of the signals directly controls the relay through the switching tube, causing the power failure.
The pump stops working, the air valve closes, the flame goes out, and the heating stops. A signal of the hot water heater through the switch tube composed of 20 seconds delay circuit, control relay to make it power off, the pump stops working. A signal passes through a 40-second delay circuit of switching tubes that controls the relay and disables it, stopping the pump. If the detected temperature is lower than the set temperature, the terminal output "1", relay action at the same time, start the water pump.
Ignition control of heating hot water furnace: rotation of water pump and water flow sensing device linkage, that is, action, the water flow signal to the controller. The input end of the comparator composed of water flow sensing device 4 is connected, and its output end is divided into two ways, one is connected to the trigger end of the integrated block model, and the other is connected to the input end of the circuit. The output end of this group controls the high pressure igniter through the switch tube on one side and the gas solenoid valve L through the switch tube on the other side. At this time, the fire detection needle of the heating hot water furnace is connected to the switch tube that controls the operation of the gas solenoid valve through a protective circuit composed of an oscillator, a booster transformer and a comparison amplifier. If the fire detector needle of the heating hot water furnace detects a signal, the gas solenoid valve L remains open, otherwise the gas solenoid valve is immediately closed.
The control part of the hot water heater adopts the microcomputer control technology to control the ignition, combustion, heating water temperature and the start and stop of the water pump. Temperature control: water temperature detection probe, that is, the thermistor in the temperature control circuit, the hot water heater will detect the temperature signal transmitted to the controller, the controller completes the temperature control.
Anti-overheating protection: It is completed by the overheating protection probe 19 installed above the outlet of the heat exchanger. The sensor element of the protection probe is a bimetallic sheet, which is normally closed and normally open in case of failure. If probe 19 detects that heat exchanger 4 has reached a high temperature of 90℃, the superheat protection probe 19 will operate, cut off the valve and stop heating to prevent the heat exchanger from being destroyed.
