Furnace body The furnace body is provided with a water collecting pipe, a temperature detection probe is arranged above the water collecting pipe, and a water inlet branch pipe and an outlet branch pipe are arranged below, and a heating unit is arranged between the two pipes, and a collecting pipe is arranged at the bottom of the furnace. Supply gas to the heating unit. Pulse ignition, water and gas induction linkage, built-in controller to control ignition, combustion, heating water temperature, water pump start and stop. And the heating hot water stove has water shortage protection, anti-overheating protection, accidental flame out protection and other functions.

The furnace body has a collection pipe, inlet branch pipe, outlet branch pipe, circulating water pump, isolating water valve, collecting pipe, gas branch pipe, isolating gas valve, solenoid valve. Combustion first, its structural characteristics are: stove below the collecting pipe, the collecting pipe on the collecting pipe branch, the stove above the collecting pipe, the water inlet branch pipe and the water outlet branch pipe below the collecting pipe. Ignition control: The rotation of the water pump is linked with the water flow sensing device, that is, the movement of the water flow signal is transmitted to the controller, the controller completes the ignition, fire detection and opening and closing of the solenoid valve.

Anti-overheating protection: It is completed by the overheating protection probe 19 installed above the outlet of the heat exchanger. The sensor element of the protection probe is a bimetallic sheet, which is normally closed and normally open in case of failure. If probe 19 detects that heat exchanger 4 has reached a high temperature of 90℃, the superheat protection probe 19 will operate, cut off the valve and stop heating to prevent the heat exchanger from being destroyed. Accidental flameout protection: Flame detection.
